I am a lawyer, registered migration agent and Notary Public, and am the principal of ESR Legal. I have a law degree from UNSW and completed my articles in Victoria. I have 12 years experience, and am a member of the Law Society of NSW, the Society of Notaries NSW and the Migration Institute of Australia. As a Notary Public, my seal is registered with the Supreme Court of NSW, recorded with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and with various consulates and embassies.
My focus is on providing attentive, personal legal services to my clients. In the migration area, my clients range from businesses and entrepreneurs, to retirees who just want to be with their kids and grandkids again.
Businesses and individuals also come to me for all their vital legal tasks, like drawing up strong contracts and agreements, writing wills, arranging powers of attorney and other commercial documents. As a Notary Public, I can also certify and witness documents necessary for overseas transactions such as house sales outside Australia.
I founded ESR Legal to give myself and my young family more flexibility, which means that I can easily work around your schedule. I don’t bill by the minute, and as much as possible try to work to a fixed fee so you know how much you need to spend up-front.
Everyone has a story to tell, and I enjoy building personal relationships with my clients, hearing their stories and helping to make sure that their business or personal dreams aren’t derailed by legal errors or oversights.
